My 09' did that a few times on its first ride. The inside of the primary gets coated with a anti corrosive film during assembly. Mine was fine after a day in the mountains, but i took the time to pull it off the sled, split it and give the inside a good cleaning, as well as where the belt runs...

shouldnt be a problem. my 03 sonoma carried my XP around no problem. just looked funny as the sled is damn near as long as the truck and hangin way out the back. haha

Mid Island Snow Blazers cover south of comox, and about comox and north is another club, i forget the name off hand. I used to live on the island, sledding is decent, but not comparable to the rockies... though its usually much warmer. haha
