So we all got ready and headed out for the first ride of the year. Left town and it felt like something wasn't perfect but carried on. Went to stop about a mile out and the sled wanted to run on a little bit, but hit the brake and it stopped. Went couple more mile and we stopped and the sled died, looked at the cluth and the belt was sitting down in the secondary. So the question is will it break in or do you think it is broke? Thanks

Had sort of the same thing happen to me last week. I pulled the clutch and it turned out to be a broken bolt. If you look on the back side 2ndary there are bolts with a torqs head it was one of those. Good luck

My 09' did that a few times on its first ride. The inside of the primary gets coated with a anti corrosive film during assembly. Mine was fine after a day in the mountains, but i took the time to pull it off the sled, split it and give the inside a good cleaning, as well as where the belt runs. Made a marked improvement.
Cheers

If you put on quik-clickers, did you drop a washer inside?
Recommend a good tech, or take it back to the dealer you bought it from for fix.
