I am installing slp pipes with jetted carbs with the snow chargers. Do I need to have the carbs jetted on or off the sled?

I have a 98 Polaris XLT Sp that I am going to install SLP triple pipes and Jetted carbs with K&N filters. How much horse power will that give me? Will it be a considerable difference? I want that PUNCH when riding. :d
