Have a rigid 20 inch double led in my 2011 dodge. Bought the proper mounts from utv canada in leduc. Was about 75 for the mounts. No fuss bolt on behind two hooks. Light is ten flush with bumper.

You should get the part number for the "Polaris kit" to see if it is true. Seems weird that Polaris would make one. That would be admitting there is a problem.

What rpm does it fall off to? Have you checked exhaust bellows lately. I had one torn and it broke up almost like electrical ignition break up and fall to7000. Just an idea if tps will read all the way to max 4.22.
