    Golden 2018-2019

Ya yesterday I was in Hobo, bad coverage, strange crust layer about a ft down sitting on top of sugar snow, would definitely not recommend...plus the trail in is super whooped. Quartz or Gorman are way better.

Looking for A Guide Trout Lake Area.

If you want a groomed trail to a cabin, then Trout is not for you,,,go to Revy for the full experience. At Trout Lake you are remote and away from any help if you have problems. It's not for everyone. Super remote, challenging terrain and no assistance,,,you are on your own! The videos are...

    850s with no issues

I would have to disagree, the boards are super strong and have little to no resistance in the deep...and the new warmers and controls work great. My riding buddy has this sled and I don't, so that sucks for me. He doesn't have to work as hard and I have to pull off mini miracles to stay with...

    2017 Skidoo Summit?

Hoping for a refined 900cc on the T3 and then loose 10-20 lbs (like the hood, airbox, light assembly)...but that's just me wishing.

    Sled deck on 1/2 ton?

Looks like a lot of great choices out there for 1500's, technology is a great thing! If you need a big 3500 then good on ya! Most of us don't need that, so I'm pretty sure this thread is about making a smaller truck work?!

    Sled deck on 1/2 ton?

The new Nissan XD looks like a great choice for a smaller truck deal. it still pulls 12,000 lb and payload is over 2000 lb....5 L cummins and is supposed to have the same fuel mileage as the Dodge Ecodiesel ...sweet!!

    Skidoo T3 163 vs 174

The 174 is like cheating, it works amazingly well...especially in the tight technical trees, more forgiveness. If your always looking for steep and deep, then it is the king. I have ridden 163's for 4 years The only time I really notice the length is when I'm doing a downhill to uphill turn...

    Storage on new XM, underseat?

Ya this is the way to go from my experience. It doesn't get in the way and it holds more then you would think. I only carry the necessary. If I have to spend the night I'm fine, but that is so rare...right?!

    Accessories

Rail stiffeners for the 174!! and stiffer springs all over. Also, I'm running the full skid plate vs the extreme, it saved me 2 sets of A arms last year. The snow/ice build up is a myth. Screen kit to not let the pow in, I believe they call this the Pre filter kit. I like your guys idea of...

snow in fernie , elkford etc

We rode up by the 2 cabins from coal creek road yesterday, it was awesome, way more snow up there than anticipated. We had to unload at km 39 marker where the big avalanche came down to the valley bottom. You would need a big lifted truck to get thru that to the other side. Has anyone gone in...
