Thanks all for the replies and info.
Picked up a new MBRP can from the local skidoo dealership.
The old can I purchased was for a 700 ZX, the exhaust holes didn't line up.
New one fits perfect.
Can't wait for snow!
Well there are no markings of manufacture at all on it.
The can is completely empty.
I picked up a mbrp can that a guy had on his old zx mxz 700. It doesn't quiet line up perfectly but I will just have to do some small fabricating on it.
The next question is or should have been the first...
do you ever accidentally step on it or find it in the way at all?
the new power-jack has the option of being stainless steel. I emailed the makes and got a response on the weight.
"The aluminum jacks weight 4.75 pounds, the stainless steel are 6.75"
do you know what the added weight is for the Powder-Jack?
always carry a shovel but strong buddies can end up costing to many beers at the end of the night for digging you out ;)
I read this post today about the Powder-Jack
I started looking to see what other options where out there and would like some feed back.
It seems that the complaint about the Powder-Jack is its quality and they say to go with the Hi-Jack.
However i came across the the Snowbuddy. There website...
Hey,
looking at getting aboat this week and i think i have narrowed my search down to one of the 3.
Four Winns H180, H210 or Sea-Doo Challenger 180SE (supercharged or High output)
What are your opinions? Pros Cons?
Boat will be staying in Kelowna area.
I'm leaning to the Sea-Doo ;)
if you are moving to bc you shouldn't have to pay HST when regestering.
if it is a new purchase wait 3 months before switching to BC then that should save you from the HST.
Same with any type of vehicle.
