ya! No more dreading the longest season of the year. Last year i was bored out of my mind, freshly single at the time. Besides chasing ladies, it was a pretty quiet winter. Cant wait for some mountain riding!

A late bloomer on this thread but I'm always looking at sleds and prices and I think you did very well.I have a couple buddies that ride those sleds and there like Honda quads........trouble free and reliable!
Congrats........See you on the hill!

It will no longer be the longest season of the year. When you have a quad and sled, a year is only 6 months long. It has something to do with the speed you are travelling on your machines and time travel, never did figure it out, lol.

As far as I know the x/H.O. package didn't come out untill 98 so if one engine is a H.O. and the other a standard 670 there's a few differances between the two.

Re: 800 For $4250.00.......... Wow

Wow, That Is An Awesome Looking And "very" Clean Sled.... No Scuffs On The Tunnel From Boots, And Even The Exhaust Shroud Is Only Missing 1 Little Piece.... Awesome Price, Wish I Were Looking, Hmmm, Maybe I Will. That Wrapping On The W/s Is A New Windshield Film That All New Windhsields Have On Them. Lococoin, I Think You Need To Look At That Sled.... The Zx Chassis Is Definately A 1 Up On The Old "s" Chassis Design(way Better Handling And Ride) And The 800 Is A Proven Engine Combination. Good Luck. :):):)
Nice Pickin's There Murm!!!! ;)

I picked up a 01 summit 800 With a 151, hps can, scratchers, 3in riser, i paid 1800 for it, for my 2 cents, i know its not the x but 4250 sounds knida steep

did you check the serial #?? 10th digit will give you what year it is..... I suspect it's a '98 670x summit..... They never had 670x in '97...

X2 see the link below. No X in 97. If it has the DESS (little computer chip in the end of the tether cord that plugs onto the sled) then it is a 98. Both were blue and yellow, the 96's were green, the 99's were yellow.

Good sleds but they are 3 chassis out of date and almost a decade old, $3500 is wayyyyyyyyy high. One just sold on Snowest for $1900, which is still high IMO, I wouldn't pay more than $1500 for it.

You can get a newer 2003+ for almost $1000 more.
