I'll be watching. Putting a 151 on 01 800 and the 144 on a 98 583. Are you selling your 136" skid complete?

Those little 600 are awsome little sleds.I had one done up 151 2",dyno port pipe, heads at 13:1 comp and extrovert drivers and geared down to a 19 tooth gear.No one would ever believe it was a 600.

I had the dyno port can and I had a guy take the head and cut out the domes and make a new set.The 600 summit designed to run regular, so when he did the heads I took the compression up and he reshaped the dome to make them more efficiant. And no I did not have to change the pistons. There are a few after market guy out there that you get a set of heads from.

haha ok well i got my slid all finished up...some things aren't very nice but it works(i hope) it only has to last me a few years till i get something newer(xp maybe) but the wheels look SWEET just need to put new drivers on and start putting things back together:)...what would you guys think if i powder coated or anodized the rails black and the suspension and stuff done to the same color of the sled...think it would look good?

I think a black skid with other parts powder coated the sled color would look great!! The black really contrasts nice with the snow and gives a good effect! All I can say is DO IT!!!

would you be able to tell how much it cost...? Of i did the suspension stuff that would mean everything has to come off right?
it was only about $60.00 to doo both rails, but you have to completely strip the rails, but it's worth it.... You saw the pics right???

I think most sleds should have the rails PCed black. Cleaner, better looking. Ric and son's sled rails look great. Next time any of my sled skids need to come apart they will be done in black.
