I have a code 84 blinking on my turbo Phazer. I looked back through some old threads, and found one that JBB posted regarding the nytros. Code 84 =
TORS System Activated(throttle override). Anybody know if that's the same for the Phazer? What does it mean? How do you get rid of it?

Try disconnecting the battery. If that doesn't work, then you're going to have to call Yammy.

Yes, code 84 is TORS on the Phazer as well. There is a switch in your throttle and one at your throttle body. If your throttle body switch is open without the throttle switch being open then TORS gets tripped and limits engine RPM.

Check the play on your throttle cable. You should be able to squeeze the throttle and create about a 2-3mm gap between throttle lever and throttle block before the throttle body moves (cable free play). If you don't have this then adjust as needed with the barrel adjust @ your throttle body.

Being a turbo it could also be tripped if you chop the throttle and the throttle bodies get held open by boost. If this is the problem then it might be solved by a BOV or adding more pre-tension to your throttle body spring. Turbo guys might be able to give a few more tips.

It can also get cased by adding too much riser without lengthening your throttle cable.

Also check your cable routing to make sure you have no kinks.

That's all I can think of,
