Yamaha Grizzly 700 or Suzuki King Quad 750

Hey guys what are your take on these two machines. I have read both pros and con to both. Im looking at a 2020 model. Both have their strengths and weaknesses. It looks like the King Quad is a little cheaper with a 3 year warranty and a smooth engine. However, the Grizzly has more ground clearance, more suspension travel and nicer ride. Any thoughts?

Hard to beat Yamaha but both are well built machines . IMO
Dealer makes a big difference.

I was in the same predicament in 2006, both are great machines but I chose the King quad. Its Been a amazing machine for me, no issues at all.

I guess that is the reason this is a tough decision for me. I have owned a 450 King Quad and still own a 500. Both were great machines. However, my buddy owns a 2018 Grizzly and it is an awesome machine.

IMO they are both great machines I can speak for the Suzuki King quad I have a 2008 700 with 6000 km and not one issue to date other than a set of tires It really has been great machine, the one thing I would like that the other new models have is power steering.Be a toss up IMO

That is the thing. It is very hard to steer away from Suzuki with reliable like that

The Suzuki hasn’t changed for a lot of years, I had one, zero problems and super reliable being a one lunger..

I had a kingquad 700, 750 and an older grizzly 700. If you’re constantly in muskeg/bush all day grizzly is better designed. If your mostly trail riding Kingquad is a sportier ride (compared to older grizzly’s), grizzly body roll was dangerous on the old ones. Grizzly felt peppier low end than KQ 750.
If I was buying new I would go with a Grizzly, kingquad has hardly changed since 2005 and Grizzly. If buying used I’d get a kingquad, cheaper to buy used by $1000 usually.
I had an electronic issue with both grizzly and kingquad, nothing major.

Yamaha grizzly. If looking at 20 Grizzly’s check out the xtr model, comes with 27” zillas and a winch. I have one and it’s been great!

We have a 450 and 700 king quad and we also had another 450 at one time. Had them over 10 years and pretty much all we've had to do apart from fluid changes (which are very easy compared to my current outlander) is buy a better air filter and grease the spark plug boots.

I would go with a king quad because I'm familiar with them but they're very similar machines so whatever I could get a better price on would probably play a factor too.

Have had 2 700 Grizzly’s and both have been great, have not heard bad on either one. I have had good luck with the griz that will be my next one.

Neither lol I have had both and while they are both decent I went to polaris. I like how easy they are to work on if you need to or to ad stuff like winches etc. they are pre wired for most stuff so its plug and play for the most part. I haven't had it let me down yet and I'm hard as **** on my stuff lol not even a belt yet.

I have a Can-am but 2nd choice would Yamie. Really good in water and I think would be a better bike than Suzie. Why is it called King when there are larger ones out there ? dunno

lol that is actually the one I'm looking at. Question for you around this model. With the larger tires, do you feel the bike gets hot down by your legs? I hear it gets brutally hot to the point where it was nearly unbearable.
