Any chance of moving it a week or two forward or backwards?
It's the same weekend as Jackson Hole Hillclimb which eats up 5,000+ sledding enthusiasts and there may be a better turnout if it didn't land on the same weekend. It could be a lot better for the club as this year is lame for snow and the more sledders, the money for the club.

Seeing as Cat corporate pulled out but now their demo ride is back on thanks to the Salmon Arm dealer is Yammafest still a go considering snow conditions?
Always a chance for a big dump in the next couple weeks......
