XP water temp issuie????

Does anyone have any good info on these bypass water vales that are out there. Do you need them with the new ECM update? Are they another gimmick that came out in the begining to patch a problem that has since been resolved?

Is this a problem on the 09's as well? I dont seem to see alot of people buying them for the 08's and 09's?????

I too am interested in people's experience with the heat-soak issue. A colder thermostat should be a benefit but is it only truly realized when running a big bore or power adder?

I would asume that by the huge response to this thread...not to many people running this gadgets. Kind of what I thought.
