JC's Customs for the states is a great choice, great quality alum frames and mesh. Im going to order up some XP and Rev vents from him this summer for my summer project stuff :)

JC's Custom Vents

Also Racers Edge in Calgary has a screen kit for the XP that isn't half bad, no pics of that one though.

Good luck !

I went with JC custom...good quality and price is good (not as much with our crappy dollar). The thing I like is you can get colored ones to match your sled so they dont stick out.

I ordered a vent kit from XXXMODRODS in the USA. They are $100 US for 5 vents. (3 on the clutch side and 2 on the exhaust side) The owner was nice to deal with and they came in 1 week from order. These vents really do keep the belt and clutch cooler. I have rode tons of deep pow this season and no snow gets past the vents.

I use the Gill vents, they pull the air out of the sled like on a race car.
First trip to the mountains I couldn’t touch my clutch without gloves.
Second trip no gloves.
I bought them from Dave Gant at API and I believe they are manufactured in Calgary.

$200 Canadian, no customs charges.

The gills are awsome for sure, i totally forgot about thouse and i have a set on my XP LOL... a tower brace vent would really compliment them though, youd have somewhere for the air to flow in and then out of the gills.
