We find that the stock XP steering is a bit awkward and isn’t the greatest for sidehilling in deep powder, so we have came up with a few solutions…

We are thinking of developing a chromoly straight steering post upgrade that is stronger, lighter and fits like stock. This straight post would also allow our post forward kit to fit on all stock XP’s and would greatly improve overall steering.

Just want to know your thoughts and if anyone is interested…

Post Forward Kit

The C3 Post Forward bracket allows for a 3" Forward relocation of the steering post. This ergonomically corrects the XP steering for an enhanced experience so you can ride longer. This unique design allows your bars to turn in a circle rather than an awkward arch. This greatly improves powder turns and sidehilling. Made from aluminum to minimize weight and fits all Stock XP's

We also offer a modified stock straight steering post to allow this kit to be used with the stock airbox. The original steering post can be retained if using our intake system or possibly with other aftermarket intake systems.

i would be interested in such a item. How much light are we talking about here this is just a steering post, also if it was a striaght one you guys should make is approx 1-2" longer than the origional for a slight rise in the handle bars.

Still have any belt drives that you need test dummies for, if so pm me, would be interested.

Yes that is a definite possibility, perhaps a stock length and a riser post. I will look into this.

We are always looking for good ideas to improve snowmobiles, so if anyone has any ideas on how to improve their sled or to make things easier, we would like to know!

We now have new steering posts in stock for $165
Bracket Kit costs $89

So the complete C3 steering package is now $250. This greatly improves the stock steering and is great for mountain riding!
