I just have a question, I have an 08' xp 800 and want to know how much of a difference the s36 kit makes in the handling of this sled. Anyone here have experience with this mod? And how big a difference has it made? Thanks

Handling where? On a side hill its huge. Riping down a trail at 80kmh it will suck compared to 38 or 40". Depends on what you're looking for.

The s36 is a huge improvement over the wide front end, I put my sway bar back in and have no issues on the trails

I added the t motion as well as the s36 kit. Both helped getting it on its side.

I have the 36 front an the flex edge track on my 08 mod an it's a world of difference playing on the mts in the trees. Even the girl friend says it was nicer, and her sled was a bone stock 08.

My point was the t motion helped, the 2 inch narrower might help, but the t motion helps get it on its side easier

I got 2 with t- motion, one never had it until I road the one with it. Didn't think the flex edge was worth it, didn't seem to make a noticeable difference, JMO

In 2011 when we got the S-36 on the XP's it was night and day difference. We couldn't believe how easily the sleds would get on edge and over compensated. Then we got to try t-motion in 2013 and it helped a lot. Over the two I would say the S-36" stance is a larger initial improvement. That coupled with a post forward mod on a XP is better than t-motion and flex edge track. Put them all together and sure its even a larger difference.

did the S-36 and flex edge T motion on my 2009 Summit X. Huge difference side hilling and handling in the trees. Seems like it darts around more on the trail but I am used to it now. Definitely worth the upgrade. If I did it over I wouldn't worry about the track and would just go with the S-36 front end. Rode a friends that didn't do the T-3 track upgrade (just the s-36) and I honestly couldn't tell the difference.
