My brother in law bought a new 11 850 last spring and was over heating it on the first ride. the machine even had stock tires and the rad was getting plugged constantly. We started filling water bottles and keeping them in the box to wash the rad out all day. I'm not bashing polaris, his quad rips and handles like a dream compared to mine but i can honestly say that i have never plugged my rad yet with my 06 kawi. Why do they plug so easily??
