XM grip and rip brace confirmation

Can anyone confirm the image attached will work on a XM. The owner says the older model was a 2 pce like this and that all the parts shown are whats needed. Is this true. I have reason to believe hes telling the truth. Used part. Thanks. Coming off a wrecked sled. thanks
