not really sure wich one it was. they pressurised the system and it was leaking from one of the clamps by the coolant reservoir.

My 13 Xm after a ride, and is stored in heated shop will show no coolant in the reservior but after I crack the cap open a bit it fills up a liittle bit but not back to the cold line, and thats where it was before I took it out for a ride! So I always add a little coolant before each ride but I see no leaks!

My XM seems to leak coolant (fair amount) on the sled deck when temps are around -20. Start it up and ride and leak disappears.
Never leaks when brought into shop after riding.
Took sled to the dealer when getting some warranty work done and showed them the coolent on the deck and the trail leading into their shop.
Showed them the line leaking in behind the battery (three hoses connected there) and they agreed on the leak..
Went to pick up sled and they said it pressure checked fine the following day. I smiled and said that you knew were the leak was and didn't change the clamp?
There answer was if it pressure checks fine it is okay. No agruement from myself as it is easier to just change the clamp in my shop rather than getting worked up.
My buddy had a few pressed on clamps leaking and changed them out also. No more leaks.
I personally am not a fan of the pressed clamps.

Sounds like a clamp issue, I've had mine expand during temperature changes from -5 to -35. Your dealer should replace under warranty.

I brought it in for dealer to fix, I would sure expect it to be covered under warranty!
