wtf is a spider going up on gorman

riding with some buddies (who may not identify themselves on this thread) up on gorman may29, and lo and behold came across this spider crawling around in the snow, middle of nowhere, no trees or rocks. question being how would he get there? did he fall of a bird, or did he fall off some guys old sled before the track let's go, beats me. thoughts anyone.

i am not sure which is more unbelivable the spider or the fact that you were in the exacty area to see such a small insect that is that scarce in the area. maybe it fell of a sasqautch:confused: was there any tracks:eek:

HAHA. Dont' you watch planet earth on Discovery? An insect can be carried by the wind speed of only 1 mph. My guess is the updraft took that critter their.

Up at Old Friend near Chetwynd last spring, we stopped for lunch. It was about 6000 feet and a good 20 feet of snow. I saw a mouse running on top of the snow. Don't know how it got there.

Probably means that dragon was sitting around for a while, had a few cob webs to blow off!

shawn, i never thought about that, it could be an american spider that got vibrated out of some tight safe spot on that 900.:d
