just an update on this matter. My neighbour died last fall from a drug overdose at the age of 44! Wife maybe up for charges as she was caught giving him heroin while he was in the hospital. Bank repo the house last fall but because of my complaints they could not sell it until sewage system was fixed and yard cleaned up. They had to hire a environmental company from Vancouver as the mess was pretty bad. They found over 250 needles in the back yard alone and even needles in the kids toy box inside the house. House was sold a couple months ago and new owners are renovating to flip the house (they overpaid imo). Yard is still "under construction" but looks a million times better. In summary, DONT DO DRUGS!!! My kids have watched a young family buy their first home together, raise two little boys, then chaos, drugs and eventual death. Mother has lost both kids and now being raised on our dime. Sad!!!

Man I feel for ya, that sucks. It seems to take forever to have Bylaw do anything, etc. Get those cedars on the juice in the meantime!
