Witness to white truck under semi Dec. 30 afternoon??

My Father in law was in a bad accident today around 130 pm on or near terwilliger ? White Reg. cab chevy with canopy apparently he went under the trailer, but doesn't remember anything between hitting the brakes and being in the ambulance. We're naturally wondering what happened. He's ok as far as CT scan and head / spinal goes, but fractured his leg just below then knee and pretty cut up from the glass.

Can I just go to the local Police and request an accident report?

I believe you can request a copy of the accident report at the city police headquarters downtown? Worth a phone call, i guess.

You can get an accident report only if you are immediate family. I found this out the hard way when I lost my youngest daughter in a traffic accident 4 years ago. It takes about 3 weeks to get it. Hope he comes out fine.
