I already know just seeing if anyone else does oh wise one.
It depends many factors to take into consideration how fast we're you going when you fell off are you going up hill? Downhill?
If you drop and roll on a hill you may get hit by your sled and get hurt on flats you should drop and roll sideways to get out of the way
So yes it can help but can also hinder

Well, if you are taking a billet 1160 to win against 800cc or smaller triples that have nothing more than some port grinding and aftermarket exhaust, yes it's important. The shame of losing to a stock bore sled would simply be to much to take so a D/R should stack the deck that much more in your favour.
