I see the one on RR15 it’s 13 km NE from my place. Close to home. There is mostly farmland and bush there also a few acreage developments. Hopefully they put it out soon.
How are these fires starting they need to post this info. As I already seen some ditches on fire and there is always an a-hole that throws there cigarette out the window. NOPE, keep it in a bottle of water even you think it’s out it may not be.

alert is cancelled and the smoke is almost Nill when I drove home from Spruce Grove

A wildfire started yesterday afternoon southeast of Fort Mac east of the airport by the community of Saprae Creek estates. Estimated to be roughly 166 acres in size

They should indicate how these fires and who is responsible if they know on the wild fire website.

Blue sky's all day, so it's a pretty safe bet that this one wasn't started by lightening

Big fire up in Birch Hills County now. My uncle is helping his brother in law evacuate. I know we have members up around that area hopefully unaffected.
