Seen this up Scotch Creek this summer. Why did the Grizzly Lodge park their groomer here?
Seems like a bad place to leave it. Unlocked and no damage done to it. Nice to see it not vandalised

I looked up the Gizzly Lodge at Backcountry Snowmobile Vacations and Tours In BC - Grizzly Lodge
Looks like a very nice operations and cool place to checkout

Anyone every ridin there??? Comments

I is too bad he does not have a building/shed to store that in because vandal will surely distroy and if not vandals then summer sun will deteriorate the rubber in no time. Can only guess at how hot the interior get with all glass at 40 degree days

We've been there once. The lodge is amazing. Didn't stay there (booked solid) but the owner gave us a tour.
The riding areas around there have everything from meadows to steep stuff. We took the long way in but had a blast riding 3 feet of fresh snow.
It's a long drive from Calgary getting around to Scotch Creek but it is my favourite place to ride now.

It's a borrowed groomer that wasn't picked up. Guess we should pick it up....................oops , it's winter , gonna need it again....... No , for real it was being used by Adam to clean up down below last year as they were not logging.

I went for the first time in February 2012. Weather wasn't great but lots of powder and plenty of terrain to ride. Accommodations were great and the best part was not having to ride back to the trucks each day. Having breakfast, packed lunch, and coming back for dinner was awesome. Would not hesitate to go back again.
