Why does Golden BC have Diesel price's lower than Calgary. Been that way for awhile now

Same thing as vegreville - I'm headed to veg this morning to the Centex for diesel in tha F3fiddy to fill the 198L titan tank in er

Who knows, but gas is always 20cents a liter more in Golden then Revelstoke for some reason

Hiway price for gas in revelstoke is 164.9 Golden is 145.9
