I volunteered to cook the turkey this year. Gives mom a holiday off. Except I'm using an inferred cooker to cook the gobbler. Should be delicious.

As teeroy said, men deep fry, women in the kitchen!! I do the bird reguardless, xmass in oven, thanksgiving in deep fryer!!

No turkey. Cornish hens this year and my better half is cooking.

Hard for me to justify buying a bird, just for myself this weekend.

Had our Turkey last night and the rest of the family headed for BC this morning so had to force down some Calamari stuffed with crab and shrimp as well as some Bacon wrapped scallops washed down by Twisted tea!! Life sucks!!

Wifes cooking one monday while I finish some yard projects, tomorrow is the big family one so I had to plan a trip with the boys to quad in to do some fishing, hate when things like that come up
