If T-team is giving $9000 for G4s I'm thinking Axys must be $4-5000. So if you take any cheap Axys on trade put my name on one Trent. Then I can build a new turbo for next winter.

i could sell alot of snowmobiles...........................couldnt imagine how hard you would have to work to sell a polaris in this day and age though. props to those guys.

customer: i notice in the specifications the pro rmk has a 15" wide track and the summit has a 16" wide track can you explain the difference?\

polaris salesman: burandt says its way better

customer: it seems pretty straight forward that the more surface area on the snow in deep powder would clearly be more advantageous?

polaris salesman: nope 15 inch wide is just better. besides those deep days are only one in a million

Im giving $9000.00 for G4's? Weird I didn't know I was personally buying G4's! Thanks for the heads up. News flash... Nobody is buying sleds right now or taking them on trade... There are no machines to take them on trade for. I don't know where 9000 came from!

Ill get ahold of you. We had a 155 2015 in here last month with 80 miles on it for $6900.00. When we take stuff in its usually perfect lol. Ill keep a heads up for you man.

LHF thanks for making this thread. Sales leads are always great.

I dont doubt guys are getting quoted low numbers on trades right now at all... It didnt snow. I know we have almost all the trades we paid well for and took in at the start of this winter... Its pretty hard to give someone a trade in value when you are full of machines, and you are going to sit on it for 8 months or so.. Nobody knows what the market is going to do... I wouldn't want a trade in value right now myself. You arent making the deal until the fall... why lock in a price while the market is at its WORST on a unit that nobody wants because of the season?

i think if you have a 2017 G4 your stuck with it for good. would be like trying to sell a 2008 summit!!! no i promise this one isnt a belt blower......

Thats the first intelligent comment you've made in a long time. Nobody in there right mind would buy a G4 after all the problems they've had.

As much as a flop the G4 is with it's issues, it has some good features. I believe a handy person can buy one of these belt burners and do some work to it and end up with a decent sled for a decent price. I might be looking for a creamsicle this coming Fall as a project sled. Put in a bulkhead brace kit, put it on a huge diet and clutch it properly. Then do some suspension work to make it work properly.

I would keep my Polaris for the deep snow tree riding though.
