Who started in Mountains on a Fancooled Sled

1978 citation 300, riding in the river hills was our mountains. The Elan was the powder sled of choice in those days. Never made it to the real mountains until the 90's on an old formula mx.

1981 blizzard 5500, 1982 first trip to clemina, used to Ride with Ron Baer and Ralph Bauer. Ron rode one of those skidoo SS sleds, Ralph had a big 20” widetrack.

Ralph rode a Nordic 50 for quite a few years very capable in the Deep Stuff,that’s what I designed the Twin Track after.
