I am going to build a Dji f450 with the Naza Lite, and a dx9. Don't really want to upgrade the radio from my Dx6i as I love it and have added a few extras that make it great. But as you know a 3 position switch is needed for some of the GPS return home settings.

Do you think my prices are fair for this stuff? If rather see it goto a S&M buddy, but if I have to I will post it on Kijiji.

I have a brand new Naza lite with gps for sale, $170

My f450 and naza lite w/GPS should be here Monday. Couldn't find the naza in stock anywhere local. :(

Well if you need stuff down the road or wanna fly, hit me up. I have a couple 4s packs for sale that would be perfect for the 450, brand new nano tech and a gen ace with one flight on it.

Thanks goes to Beachsled for a great transaction and condition of the DX6i! I picked up a 200SRX on the weekend - and it is interesting for sure. WAY faster than a 120, much faster head speed with quite a bit of inertia to it. 10-11 min flight times from the stock 800mAh pack. There's not a lot of extra lift it seems - if you are dropping in for a landing you have to lay in a ton of throttle well before you get close to the ground, or it will come in kinda hard.

I would like more power, other than that it is a very smooth and easy heli to fly. My experience is only 120SR and a MQX so take it for what it is. :) Anyone know where to get parts and extra battery packs for this puppy?

Hey Piston, thanks for the good feedback. I didn't get to fly this weekend due to packing for next weeks move. :( But my parts are slowly starting to arrive for my quad build. :)

Good luck with the 200 srx. Have a good week.

i have one at work, its like 10" long, has a stabilizer. I noticed from me learning to fly it and people flying it and crashing it the gears are missing teeth. I can get new gears but do the bigger ones have clutches or anything?

The bigger they are the faster you strip the ring gear

Anybody replace a servo motor before? Require soldering or no? The little nano servo is conked out on the right side.

Yes it does require soldering, and on something that small a really good iron and some know how. Probably better of replacing the servo all together if you can even get parts.

If you buy just the motor it needs to be soldered. But if you buy the servo control board which includes a new motor also it just plugs right in.

Hey guys,
I found a case for Spektrum radios on amazon. It's not a bullet proof hard case but it is stiff enough to make sure your switches don't get broken. It gets a thumbs up from me.

Been using that same case for the DX8 now for a while. Helps keep the dust out of the switches. Had a DX6 go bad and drop a couple planes before I realized just letting the transmitter bounce around in back of dusty truck was bad.
