Who is interested in the Saas Fee condo development in Valemount?

Just wanted to see how many people are interested in this condo complex.

Would you want the use of a condo or consider it as an investment and leave the unit in the rental pool?

I want to know how successful it will be if I decide to buy one.

I posted the latest prices under the Valemount riding area thread.

Feel free to say what you like or even bash the heck out of it. It's not my project so you can't hurt my feelings.

I'd love to have a place in the mountains, but a condo just doesn't fit the bill, gonna sell the lake lot and buy a chunk of land in the middle of but-fawk-nowhere...
