Are you talking about when u put new batteries in it and it ask if u would like to recalibrate? If so just push ok and follow the instructions. If you want a software update call avalanche safety solutions in golden and they will tell u if your software is up to date or old over the phone.

Call Ortovox in Calgary they will point you in the right direction for repairs and such.

But for firmware upgrades there is a list on the website of stores that can do that.
Martin's west did one for me a couple years ago.

Avalanche Safety Solutions or Lori can do it if your around Calgary. The fella is right if you changed the batteries you can just say yes to calibration and it should self calibrate.

You have a really good transceiver and it will last you for a lot of years yet. Great job on your buy!
