Anyone know how the riding/snow conditions are in the Whitecourt area???

Was out yesterday with Brew_doo, Trails south of town are rideable but extremely rough. Access to trails north of town is blocked by slushy backwater and Athabasca isn't really safe to cross yet. Staging area is open and trails are just rideable north of town but we need more snow to start grooming. There is way more snow down towards Edson. In my opinion, unless you are desperate to ride, the trails here aren't worth it, and the snow is just deep enough on cutlines to hide the stuff that'll break your sled

Affirmative on the rough trails today..............broke a spindle. Fixed up and ready to go again though!:d
