Whitecourt or Edson????

Okay my fellow Snow and Mudders.

I was over at my new neighbors tonight. He is Australian but lived in Canada since the early 80's
Older fella.
Anyways he was telling me he'd love to try snowmobiling.
So I told him Feb 1st I'll take him for a day trip.
Either Edson or Whitecourt.

Personally I'm more familiar with whitecourt, used to ride there a lot.

But since I've sold the crossfires I haven't riden any trails.

I'll be putting him on my HCR 153 2.6 lug. And I'll be on my 2019 M8000 3" lug.
A little overkill for trails.

So as of now. My question is who has the better deeper snow, Edson or Whitecourt?
Second question, anyone wish to join us?

It's about the same right now everywhere, 2 feet of snow in most of the riding areas, might be a bit more by goose tower or silver summit areas but not much

just spent two days sledding in the Tom Hill area. Great snow! You can access it from Whitecourt or Edson side. Our clubs work together!
