I am looking between SLP and Straightline Pipes, anyone have experience with them? Which one is better etc? Im trying to keep it under 800 (pretty much price of the BRP) due to insurance.

Any help/opinions would be great

IMHO wouldnt bother with a aftermarket on a etec, buddy tried all of them on his and has the stock back on - put on 500km testing the different ones and found the bmp y pipe and stock pipe with slp can i believe.

I'll sell you a spi pipe. Only has 1 day of riding on it and I decided I preferred the sound of stock pipe. My spare belt holder did fall onto it and melted a little. $350 it's yours.

If you go SLP go with the full set up, y-pipe, pipe and can. Deffinetly adds on the top end.

I don't have any experience with StraightLine's stuff.

sound is very hard to duplicate on a computer...was it recorded while sitting flat on the snow, exhaust side exposed, mid range, wot, and so on.

my riding buddy also runs a full slp setup, seems to work good and he likes it,,,pulls better, looks nicer, weighs less and definitely sounds a lot better over the stock sewing machine

I've had both the SPI pipe and the BMP pipe on my machine. I much prefer the BMP. It seems to pull a little harder but that could be the fact that I changed a y-pipe with it too.

I too have an SPI pipe, carbon fiber can and clutch kit for sale too. Mine doesn't have the remnants of of a belt guard on it though!
