I still have old school iron. Sold my Rev a few years ago and went back to my S chassis. It's one of SS's motors, pulls nice. I also have a mint 96 Mach Z LT I run around home w/ 780.

I have seen a few stuffed into Rev chassis with tripple pipes...always though it would be fun to try one out. maybe when my home creation 670 Rev craters i will try my hand at a 889 tripple Rev

For 1 the motor would be so heat soaked from the 3 pipes covering the motor.

LHF has a very good point on this one.... If your running pods the heat from the pipes will choke out the motor on a long pull up the mountain.

Be careful what pipes are used. Due to the tight chassis the motor can be down on HP compared to what it would make in a CK3,F,S or ZX for example.
