With the FXR carbon ones, I think there is a difference in the safety rating of the different ones? Been a while since I was in the market, bought this one a year ago.

I have the new FXR Helium Carbon. Can tell you when I say to buddy "hand me my helmet", they pick it up to pass it to me and first words are always "oh my". Feels like feather even compared to the almighty 509 Carbon. Check it out and see for yourself.
Cheers

Was the Dominator a Kali?

I donno I put on the Tobe(Airoh) and the Klim f3 and they just seem very bulky compared to me ole' Kali Alpha.

What do you like most about your new helmet?
Yes dominator was made by Kali too.
The Airoh is more comfortable. I tried on the MF Alpha (Kali) and it felt like I was just wearing the styrofoam, no padding.

When I bought my Airoh last year the carbon helmets from 509 (don't fit my face anyway) and FXR were still very heavy. Looks like FXR has solved that and has a competing actual lightweight helmet now.

I have a MotorFist Kali in good shape that I would part ways with for you. I haven’t used it in years. I’ve been using the new FXR carbon and it is even lighter then my old Kali helmet. If my Kali doesn’t fit you or you can’t find one check out the new FXR carbons they are sick
Hey E-Z what size of Kali were you wearing?
And what size of FXR are you wearing?

This is proving to be a tough helmet to find in stock.

Might have to order one offline sight unseen so I was hoping to get some insight on sizing.

Deal on at fortnine.
Limited stock....

FXR sizing is very on par to what it should be. I was a small in the Motorfist Kali and a small in FXR they both fit very similar. The FXR is easier to get on and off then my Kali was. I’ve had 3 FXR helmets since my Kali and they have all fit the same. Great fitting helmets.

I want to say that color combo does not come with the fidlock? For some reason the fidlock is color specific, and was the reason why I went with the color I went with as the fidlock was huge for me.

I was looking at different sled shops but there is a whole Damm store.
Awesome store by the way.
All FXR gear is 15% off.
Got my helmet for $420.

Not alot of pictures on the interwebs of this helmet, so I took a few.

The quick release isn't a magnetic fidlok, but I think I like this better as there is some adjustment.

Nice and light.
On par with the Kali.
950g

Takes a nice big google.
Smith IO X

Looked at the Klim f3 today too.
Went with this lid as it was lighter and had better venting. IMO

And as a bonus it was 15% off.

Never really thought of FXR as a quality brand before........
