Where to buy gps map

Google Maps has lowered the quality of their offline maps for the imagery view...this sucks. My first few times it was really clear, now no matter what I do small map or large map it is rather blurry. Time to try a different app. Any one have a good one that works that is free?

Well I tried 4 more apps out, nothing worth mentioning. So I downloaded google maps again. Tried it out again and it was super clear in one area, and not quiet as good in another area. The offline map was rather large about 45 square kilometers, I just can't figure out why it would not be consistent
