i think or hoping to get out one more time to fern but not 100% sure if it would be worth it as the temp is so high. 2 weeks ago i was at fern, there was lots of snow to play in and the staging area changed almost hourly. we staged almost to the cat ski operation, maybe 100-150 feet of gravel when we left and to return to a 1/2 km of gravel roads. maybe this weekend we can drive to cabin lol. check out some pics in the koot chat forum just below this forum you will see some pics of the staging and the snow we experienced at the top of pipe line to the left.
