where you plan on hooking your pressure tubes for the carbs? To the carbs. Duh.
what type and size turbo you are planning to run? A big one.
what boost level are you looking at? Over nine thousand.
do you want a race gas or pump gas sled? Race gas is cooler
Will you need an external oil pump for the turbo? Only if the turbo is sticking out of the hood.
how you plan on keeping the exhaust pipe from cracking in half? Bungie straps.
what BOV you are planning to use? Not sure what armoured personnel carriers have to do with a supercharged xlt.
what auxiliary fuel pump you are planning on using to feed the additional fuel required? I don't use an auxiliary fuel tank so this is a non-issue.
what fuel pressure regulator are you running? A good one.
Do you plan on using powerjets in the carbs? Fock yes. Power baby!
Are you going to use an intercooler? Sure why not.
What airbox are you using? I gutted my airbox.
Will you keep the DPM or just remove it all? Sure.
Will you be using the stock clutch (probably not a good idea)? Dude, I have a comet clutch. It's pretty awesome.
What about traction? I was planning to buy a 189" 3".
What gears are you planning to run? Steel ones.
Will you be running an EGT or an A/F gauge to monitor the motor? Uhh. Yes.
do you have a good supply of pistons for this sled? Duh, it's got three built into it.
do you plan on re-jetting all the fuel circuits for the boost or just the main circuit? I jet once and usually just leave it for the day.
where are you tying in for power for the extra electrical? 100 foot extension cord should do the trick.

OMFG I laughed so hard reading your responses!!! That is the post of the year right there!!!! You got some rep dude!!! Comet clutch........ LMAO You just made my day.

yes except all the piping and airbox, exhaust, wiring, oil lines. pretty much everything about an xp kit wont work on a 2001 700.

sure the interchangeable stuff like turbos and other components but alot of a turbo kit is custom to the chassis

I wasn't trying to say it was I was just pointing out there is carb two stroke kits available but I wouldn't ever put 4500-6500$ and 100 hours labor into a 2500$ sled and yes they are coustom I built one about 6 years ago and if I think of doing it again I will just buy a sled with it already installed
I like to ride not work on my ride . The way I look at it is if you don't see meany out there hmmmm wonder why was I the first to think of it

Way to go guys, you probably scared him away from the S&M family now. He's just looking for turbo experience so he could turbo his corn husker next harvest season (I have watched Gluton for Punishment, and those annuall corn husking competitions can be tough),:d

Are there even hills in Iowa?

From what I remember Iowa has alot of corn and pigs. I think there was a hill. They spread alot of pig shi$ on their fields so that would be a great place to test out that boosted 700 even without any snow cuz it is slippery!. But will the 189 3" track hook up?

Like F-Bomb said many years ago, if you can't take a $100 bill between your fingers and light it without flinching, a turbo 2 stroke is not for you.
Of course that's changed with the new EFI sleds but would generally hold true for a 2000 Summit.

i think you mean a 53 series aero? if you have a turbo m8 a turbo 700zx would not be very much fun AT ALL compared to the turbo m8 if it runs well.

Someone with a boosted M8 probably wouldn't be asking these questions..... but ok, I'll play along....

Let's see some pictures of your boosted M8 with a series 52 turbo. Who's kit is on your M8 again?

Answer my questions on page 1.
