What is the best for moving or loading your sled when There is no snow or to load your sled into a trailer?Maybe I shouldn't have put carbides on my sled they digInto my drive way and I spinout. Thinking of making Dollys with 4 wheels each ski or some plastic slides for Each ski something that I can move oround the yardAnd load it into a trailer

I put steel runners on the new sled and will be keeping the carbides for spares in case one gets bent on the trail.

Here is another option, Skinz Ski Guards. They can handle ski width's up to 8.25", are forward and reverse compatible and are great for storage or trailering

Seen these years ago, quality, but bit to pricey for me, but thought of making somehting like these, would work great for moving sleds around the acreage in the summer. Could build for quite cheap for my application. Sort of like the suregrip but bigger rubber wheels.

a couple of pieces of plywood and some castors from canadian tire gets you some pretty functional rolling pads for your skiis.....castors can be pricy though

I think I might make a couple sets Darrin. I could have used the carbides today. I will let you know if I do.
