Okay, Everyone, What Is Your Favourite Riding Area And Why??? Let's Hear All The Good(and The Bad) And Don't Be Afraid To Bash. My Favourite Is The Sicamous Area, Because Of The Mild Weather And Incredible Amounts Of Snow There. We Have Friends That Are Very Familiar With The Area And We Get To Go Up Back Roads Into Owlshead And Hunters Range And Go From There. I Guess Its A Bit Of An Advantage, But Well Worth It. Next Would Have To Be Mcbride's Famous Renshaw. :d :d Okay, Lets Hear Them All.

Renshaw is real tough to beat. But one of my most unbelievable days was a cloudless spring day back in the South Dore. :firefire:

The Hart Ranges. Although i have always dreamed of going up the Dease Lake rail line. Tons and tons of snow for hundreds and hundreds of miles. Try a little fly over using google earth. Then use g.e. to look at your pita full hopeless over used favorite areas.

Favorite ride area

My Favourite Is The Sicamous Area. Riding with an experience local has shown us a lot of the untracked seldom used jewels.
Next is McBride, Renshaw, because of the vast amount of different riding levels.
I really like Golden's Silent Pass. Tons of snow. Have only been there a few times so I need a bit more exploration time.
That's my opinion.

another one for the sicamous area. We have a place down there and the really nice thing is that there is alot of tree riding when the weather is the pits. When the weather is good it's pretty hard to beat Eagles Pass. Big area and Big hills.

Any one of the great areas around Revelstoke is tops for me. The town is friendly and supportive of snowmobiling. The riding areas are easy to access. The snow pack is cohesive, in relative comparison to other regions, not to say it won't slide, but it is far safer here than most regions, still use cuation of course. Groomed trails if you want them, lot's of sledders if socializing is your thing, lot's of room to get away from the groups when you want. Mild temperatures are a bonus.

Revy has it all!!!!!!

I love the whole Fernie area. Have Family in the CNP so we sometimes go to places that most don't know about. This year the snow is awesome there. The people are always friendly and the guys at Ghostrider Motorsports always treat people great. The local snow club is awesome too, always willing to show you around. The one thing about Fernie; I don't like is it is a big "ski" town also and all i will say about that is they are just lucky we don't run their a$$'s over. I like to ride golden too but i do not like the road to get me there!! I would love to try sicamous i hear from everyone its the best ever.

I too like Sicamous, Owlshead is a hoot, I've had good snow and good weather, Second would be Boulder when it's not packed, I've also had great riding at Golden, and Fernie. This year it's a toss up, so much good snow and mild weather has made for great riding. I've yet to head to Valemount or Mcbride, usually it's too cold there when I get time off.

CNP and Corbin are the only two area's I've been to. Both are fun. Would like to go up to McBride after seeing all the picture's from other member's. Don't know if I will get out this year our tow vehicle is broke down (blown Motor) and my truck doesn't produce any heat. Would be a cold 3hr ride to the CNP.

I have to say that Revy gets my vote, lots of different areas to ride and the snow is always plentiful. The locals seem to be good with us "outsiders" invading their town and it does not hurt that there is a little bit of night life there if you are into that sort of thing. I will finally be going there this Thursday if I can finish all my work by then.
