As the title says I'm just wondering if anybody has any good input on the secondary helix for a mostly stock m7?

I've always had pretty good luck with the stock helix. Had more problems keeping the big white nut that controls the spring tension to stay put. Drill and tap a hole in the cover to screw a bolt through against the nut to keep it from backing off.

I run the stock 36 in the mountains with stock spring and 68g. Im going to try the orange spring with the nut backed right out in the secondary next time. Flat land i run 75g weights with the stock primary spring, orange spring and 44/40 helix in the secondary. Ive done lots of reading on HCR and unless you go to the torsional ( pain in the ass ) just rock the 36
