What's Cooking?

So far I have Chili,Jambalaya,Sheppards pie,Beef Stroganoff,Spaghetti, and Pulled pork for the Hot Pot. Anyone else starting to stock up? I ride alot and there's nothing like a hot lunch on top of the mountain.

what ever you cook that can be frozen......put left overs in one of those take out trays and throw it in the freezer

Just remember to take leftovers out of tunnel bag/seat pocket when the weekend is over.Finding those a month later isn't very pleasant!

Nice! I have my smokie inventry already...but were gonna kick it up this year and do Ribeye steaks and scallops! Fine dining on the snow! Pics to follow later in the season!
