Dry red with Gouda....or dry red with smoked cheddar?

I gotta say...I been testing both out tonight and all I know is MMMmmmmmmmmmm. LOL

And on that note....anyone ever get hooked on Bothwell cheese? Used to be able to buy it on-line and they would ship via mail with ice packs....now there doesn't seem to be that option on their website. Where's a guy to get his fix?

I really worry some times Dave... Cheese nip crackers are good after any kind of booze.

Nothing like a 300lb man eating cheeze of a toothpick.

Give me a giant tetra pack of red and some process cheeze slices. Nice grilled cheeze to sop up the heartburn after the cheap red lays you out.

Well...I used to be able to get smoked gouda from Bothwell...THAT was some goooood cheese. But I gotta say, I really liked that smoked cheddar I got from Costco yesterday over the (expensive) slice of gouda I got from the deli. Yummers. (and ya...on a Monday night, I shut 'er down after a couple of relaxing glasses...no sore hair)
