tried to order parts today from new wave, called got receptionist, asked for parts, it rang and rang, finnaly got voce mail, and gave number to call back, waited a hr and did again, same result, as now no call back yet from them

gotta give shantel credit at a&e, she has to be one of the best for quickness and always calls back or text to confirm date of arrival, she has my business from now on

I am waiting for a reply back on a warranty item that started with the old owners.........only been a few days so will wait and see if they stack up to be worth the travel.

I ordered parts from Newway about a month ago. Three different people have told me they would find out where they are and phone me. No phone calls and no parts. I'm going to miss The old Mr. R's.

I already do. Still waiting to hear from them. Not holding my breath and checking out the Golden shop.Things change

Went there yesterday, nice showroom but parts guys/ girls need some help . Got fooled on the price of oil 9.99 a gallon on a big poster then read the fine print with the purchase of 250.00 of speed parts it was brp poster not neways.

Yes the new show room is huge and definaitly worth checking out. I go there lots and order most of my parts from them. There prices aremdecent too. Hopefully they step up the service a bit.

bow ridge hasn't returned my calls either ordered a heater element for grip heaters in march its now October like wtf I need to open a dealership don't know how they get away with this if my customer service was this bad id starve big box stores are a joke

I got a call from owner Rob Duncan today. He just became aware and is taking care of my warranty item. Things get lost in the shuffle switching owners and unless you spring checked a 14 he doesn't have any data on Mr R's older customers. My bad for sending an email to the Mr R's parts email address rather than just calling the new number. I chatted with Rob a bit and for sure he left me with the impression they want to take care of all the old customers just like the new ones. Give em a chance before ranting on here, I think they are going to be a good dealer and worth the trip and are only going to get better.

Will is an excellent mechanic. We have always had good luck when we have taken a sled to him with an issue. Jan
I've met alot of techs over the years and Will is top 3 right up there with Gerry Holte at Martins and Brad at Trackside. He is a huge asset to this store that is just starting with BRP.

He will be working on my sleds.

I must say, I am very impressed with the new owners at New-way Motorsports... Rob seems to be a great guy!!! Very easy to get along with... Looking forward to dealing with them...

That's cool. I made the trip down there and got my warranty repair done which is great. The only person that actualy talked to me though was Will, the technician.
It was kind of lonely till I found my way to the back and found him. lol
