Just seen a CNN news report. The gist is "Muslim Fight attendant refuses to serve alcohol on plane". Is this not in the job description upon application?
They didn't ask her to give BJ's or do anal it's just serving drinks ffs....
What would your employer say if you refused to fulfill certain aspects of your job?
When is this $hit gonna end???
As a flight attendant I'd be overjoyed/counting my blessings to work in an environment where gettin shot outta the sky is not a risk.

Far as I'm concerned I get refusing working with hazardous materials, or dangerous environments. However this is a doozy, part of accepting employment is being able to fulfill the description therein. Is this actually not a breach of contract? The poor airline is running scared to be " politically correct". I say they should change their position 180degrees and stand up for their own rights as an employer.
At the heart of the problem honestly beyond "beliefs" is the news agencies themselves are spineless. They should do poles I suspect the majority of the vote would be "termination for breach of contract"...

Not only are news agencies spineless, they tend to be on the side of "anti-establishment".............unbelievable how many news casts we see and that sympathetic attitude comes through loud and clear.

it the same thing, Muslims don't eat pork it's against their religion so they felt they shouldn't have to cook it.....for phucks sake they took a job as chefs....the whole "against my religion" is getting way out of hand

Religion is a crutch for the weak not to mention the catalyst for the vast majority of atrocities going on. If the human race is to survive/flourish as a species we had better rethink our beliefs...
Funny how for example convicts facing the death penalty find religion. This is not belief it is survival....
