I was thinking an aperitif of garlic jumbo prawns, go for a rip; then a tenderloin stirfry or heated lobster with butter and top that off with a pineapple upside down cake with carmel/chocolate sauce.

For an ambassador of your calibre, we could make it happen....:d:d:d

Might have to make dinner for one more Doug. The missus is thinking of taking up the sport after hearing that! That is one top notch offer for sure. Sure beats the gatorade and O Henry chocolate bar I usually drag along to the hill. :d:d:d

That can also be arranged and it doesn't have to be a weekend!:d:d:d

There was a Mexican Cantina in Vegas next to Planet Hollywood hotel. They had the best food I ever had, they were there for 2 yrs, and the 3rd yr I went back they were gone :(

From a fast food restaurant, that would be the Mondo Burrito from Taco Del Mar.

Elk steaks grilled in a backcountry hut at 7300'. Can't recall the marinade, but I do know it went well with a few bottles of Wrisky
