you go right ahead and keep injecting yourself with those genetically modified marijuanas. you'll surely die a painful death and your family will be distraught with grief. how selfish. you probably have tattoos as well. yikes

man you guys are absolutely ridiculous... funny how many of you are so against weed yet probably drink like a fish. total god damn hypocrites.

Weed is something that's been perfected, like a fine wine.

You guys want to worry about something, maybe worry about all the sugar and heavily gmo modified foods that your shoving down your throat. Research what your putting in your body, otherwise it's just natural selection.

I strongly believe all drugs should be legal. Let natural selection run its course.
Not sure where this is coming from, I see no weed bashing....
I agree drugs should be legal, in theory it reduces the underground product and can be controlled.
I'm glad I get my herb from a store now that I know there is a chance some douche in the sales chain may spray it down with crap that can kill me.

These losers are tieing up the health care system meanwhile some poor sap is dying from a heart attack while all the paramedics are out administratoring narcan.

OD calls should be the lowest priority in the que.

I can only speak from first hand experience but the medical system in Alberta sure has the heart attack emergency treatment down pat. Absolutely first class from paramedics who responded to the people at the Grey Nuns and the wizards at the Mazenkowski Heart Institute who put in all those stents. No doubt there are others who wind up waiting longer but I don't think it is the heart attack guys :) The system is real good at that.

Good to hear.
I assume this it true for the greater Edmonton area.
Rural Alberta is probably a different story.

Chemo drugs and cancer has affected my family the most.

Instead of legalizing weed, why not put the effort and resources into cheap cancer MS care and actually find a cure for it, instead of profiting from it.
I dont wanna hear from those that says THC and such helps, cause thats utter BS. It helps the symptom (barely)but not the problem.

actually there are lots of different studies out there proving that weed has not been genetically modified. It's actually selective breeding. No different then the selective breeding used by humans to grow food and cows for thousands of years

ge·net·i·cal·ly mod·i·fied
jəˌnedik(ə)lē ˈmädəfīd/Submit
adjective
(of an organism or crop) containing genetic material that has been artificially altered so as to produce a desired characteristic

Big difference....

How is selective breeding not artificially altering a product to produce desired characteristics? To me its splitting hairs and using a fancy vocabulary to make it sound 'natural'
