Well when I first posted it I had a type o and enterd the wrong date which means it was even a better deal.It is an 06 and if you guys thought a 05 was worth 5000.00 I guess I did good.I picked it up yesterday and I cant find a flaw anywhere other than the hood has been repaired (Small crack)It looks brand new and has pretty good snap for a 500,I'm so Impressed I may have to pick up a M 1000 for myself.I could easily double my money on this little sled.

Typo in everyone else's posts too, they meant $500.00(still a cat)

Well based on what you just said I would say you payed $2900.00 - $3000.00 +gst for that mini M south of the boarder. I'm guessing you could get $5500 for it right now? There are some crazy prices down there right now  I know too many people that are buying brand new south of the boarder for Thousands less then they are priced here.

That kind of kills the used market here unfortunately?

I have about 10 or 12 dealerships websites as well as watch the swapshops on several different websites.I could have bought a 06 M7 in showroom condition with 600 miles on it for 6000.00 and the list goes on.How about a 07 M 1000 with 300 miles on it for 8000.00.Two 05 M7's and a 05 Four place trailer in great shape.16500.00.
There are better deals if your quick!

New m1000 in sask just sold from the dealer for $8400. I saw the bill of sale, you don't always have to drive south to get deals. Good price if you want a cat.

Well only if I get what I want for mine, nothing left to do too it exept Turbo or Supercharge it and that aint happining.Dont get the wrong idea,I love my Kingcat but if I get what I want it wont cost me anything to set myself up on a Almost New M1000.I''m going to get a good Idea how I stack up against a M1000,a new xp and a Rev on Nitrous on our next trip. That being said,I would like to spend some time with a rider forward sled, best way to do that is buy one!
Worst case scenario,I still got my Kingcat!

looks like you got a great deal, just wondering what you need to do/prepare for brining across the border, and what websites are good for looking of to find used sleds, thanks.
