I guess RMKs are different. Both of my wedge chassis sleds have heat exchangers under the running boards. My Ultra has one under the seat as well

Use a small cuting disc for a pencil grinder small enough to get in tight spots.
But ya.. good idea should work well

on the rail put some self taping hed head screw for traction, did it to all my old sleds

Looks great!! I have the exact same sled and love it!! Maybe take a one inch hole saw and drill in between the grippers.:d
